Regulation of the internet store www.Longint.pl

The function is very useful when launching the editor with method 3 (described above). This option allows you to generate and print an amount of labels corresponding with the current warehouse transfer, e.g., corresponding with the amount of the received items (see below).

Thanks to the function in the designer menu you can see that the program generated as many labels as there are received items.

3. Orders placed on weekdays after 16.00, on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, will be processed on the following working day.

Designing a warehouse label - the design:

The necessary requirement for placing an order is filling out the form on www.Longint.pl or leaving your telephone number or (and) e-mail - after the order has been received the Orderer will be informed about its acceptance via telephone and/or e-mail. Orders which will be not confirmed successfully within 48 hours will not be executed.

5. A confirmed order cannot be annulled.

After setting the label designer parameters such as: the size of the sheet, division of the sheet into many labels, it is time to start designing your own logistic label. The example we present is on A4, divided into multiple labels - division of a sheet into 2 columns and 3 rows.

7. Longint reserves the right to refuse to execute orders which give rise to suspicion. The Orderer will be immediately informed should such a situation arise.

In order to design a personalised label you will be using tools, which can be found on the left-hand side of the designer and the design mock-up.

8. The prices of all the items in the store are VAT inclusive and expressed in Polish zlotys.

Begin the designing of the label by employing the tool; it may be used for framing and encompassing various elements of the label.

9. The ordered item will be delivered under the address shown by the Orderer within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Left-click the tool and then, while holding the left-click, drag it to the design mock-up.

After you do that, the tool will be located on the label mock-up (see below).

To adjust the size of the rectangle to your own needs, place the pointer on the boarder of the rectangle, which is marked in red , and then, using the left mouse button drag the boarder to the desired place.

10. In case an item is out of stock, the Orderer is informed about this fact and the resulting prolongation of the time of order execution. If the Orderer does not consent to the prolongation of the execution time, they can annul the whole order or give up the item which is the reason for the prolongation of the order execution time.

11. We enclose a confirmation of the purchase (VAT invoice) and the necessary guarantees to each order.

12. All the products bought at our store have a guarantee period of 12 months.

13. Our store is mail-order only. Individual collection of the purchased items is only possible when arranged in advance.

14. The Orderer has the following payment options:

• cash on delivery
• advance payment to the company's account,

Let’s continue with the designing of the label. Use the tool to enter text to your label. To do that, drag to the label mock-up, just like you did with the tool.



Next - enter the text - go to the tool settings.

Remove Text from the parameter and enter "Warehouse label example".

15. In case of prepayment the due amount for the internet order should be paid by transfer to account number: 17 1140 2004 0000 3302 3485 8056 BRE Bank S.A. mBank. Please quote your order number in the transfer name.

16. In case of cash on delivery mailing, the Orderer should pay the due amount in cash after the goods are delivered.

17. The store offer is only valid on Polish territory.

Please note that the "Warehouse label example" text entered by you has not been fully displayed on your mock-up, as the size of the tool field is limited. Go to the parameter change from to . After performing these actions the size of the field will be automatically adjusted to the size of the text entered by you.

18. Longint undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Act". Under this act, the Clients of the store have the right to review their data, edit it or demand the discontinuation of its use.

You may also change the size and the type of the font. Simply go to the parameter, and click . The configuration window will be displayed.

The next tool which may be used is ; which graphically separates data.

19. We not accept returns of the license keys as they are assigned to the customer indicated in the order.

The tool is for adding your company logo onto the label. To do that, click the icon and carry it over to the mock-up. After you do that, the window for adding images will come up.

20. Unless the Client has not restricted this in writing, the Manufacturer may publish the name of the company and its headquarters on the LoMag client reference list.

Next, choose an image with the logo of your company and click . The image will be uploaded onto our mock-up.

21. In any matters not governed herein, the relevant provisions of the Polish Law shall apply. In case amicable resolution of disputes is not possible, they shall be resolved by a court with jurisdiction over the place of Longint's business activity.
